Gateway Senior Living is proud to announce a $14-million expansion project, phase one of which is to be completed by the Fall of 2013. This expansion will allow Gateway to grow from 20 to 80 skilled nursing beds, expanding upon the exceptional features and services available to residents. The existing six-story tower will be renovated to include a state-of-the-art rehabilitation gym, clubhouse/pub, private dining venue, larger central kitchen, and meditation room. All 54 senior living suites in the existing tower will continue to serve active seniors as well as those in need of assisted living care. The first phase of the expansion project will include the construction of a four-story skilled nursing tower, with intimate neighborhoods of 20 private rooms on each floor.
